Behind-the-Front Lines Tour, 8 am – 12 pm

Immerse yourself in several Philadelphia museums as you go behind-the-front lines at 3 organizations in Old City. You will meet with Visitor Experience professionals at each location and get an in-depth peek into their operations. Locations are the Museum of the American Revolution, the African American Museum of Philadelphia, and the American Philosophical Society.

Guest Experience Workshop, 1:30 – 4:30 pm  – SOLD OUT 
Museum of the American Revolution, 101 S. 3rd Street

Join VEX and Guest Experience Management Services for a facilitated 3-hour post conference workshop. Participants will engage in interactive exercises and engaging conversations that will equip participants with the tools needed to implement change at their home institution. In addition, all participants will be asked to take part in a webinar 30 days following the workshop as additional support. More info about GEMS here.
