The 2020 Visitor Experience Conference will be held at the Cleveland Museum of Art in Cleveland, OH with associated events taking place at nearby venues.


Lodging

Stay at the Glidden House, an historic boutique hotel near University Circle and the conference events. The hotel was built in 1910 by the Glidden Family and enjoys a place on the National Register of Historic Places. Rooms are limited so booking early is recommended. Airport

Attendees flying into Cleveland will fly into Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE).

Ground Transportation

At the airport, there are a range of transportation options for travel throughout Cleveland, including taxis, bus/train services, and ride shares. There is more detailed information about these options at the airport website.

Parking in Cleveland

There are many parking options in Cleveland.  For the panels and sessions at the Cleveland Art Museum on October 15 and October 16, we recommend that you walk or ride from the conference hotel or park at the Art Museum in their parking garage. The address for this garage is 11150 East Boulevard, Cleveland, Ohio 44106. Designated accessible parking, noted with signage, is available on the top level of the parking garage, a short distance from the museum’s north entrance, and on level P2 in the parking garage, which connects to the lower level of the museum through an interior tunnel.
