Can I still submit a session proposal for the 2017 conference?
Yes! We are accepting proposals through April 3. Please check out our Call for Proposals page for more information.
How can I help sponsor this year’s conference?
As we strive to provide the best for our attendees at an affordable price, we are seeking support through your sponsorship. With your donation, you will have opportunities for recognition in publications that will be sent to the participants, a table at the conference, and verbal mentions during the opening remarks, among others. We are open to customizing your form of advertisement if you wish to discuss other options. Becoming a sponsor is an excellent opportunity for you to support VEX while enjoying a high level of visibility to prospective clients within the cultural community. For more information, please visitor the sponsor section of the website or email email@example.com.
