Important Zoom Info
- Update your Zoom App! For the best VEX20 experience, we recommend running the most recent update of Zoom (5.3.1).
- Avoid ChromeOS! For whatever reason, Zoom and the Chrome operating system do not get along. We have worked to ensure that everyone should be able to have a smooth conference experience, but please be aware that there are some issues beyond our control.
- Plan out your VEX20 schedule! You can find links for the Wednesday sessions here (password is vex1015) and for the Thursday sessions here (password is vex1016). We recommend setting up your conference schedule ahead of time in your preferred calendar app for a more streamlined experience.
- Know where to get help! If, at some point during the conference, you’re having trouble accessing a session or experiencing some other type of issue, please send an email to info@visitorexperience.group. VEX team members will be monitoring that email account throughout the conference and we will help you to the best of our ability!

Yoga Breaks
There will be 15-minute breaks between each session block to give you some time to get up and away from your screen. We recommend Yoga With Adriene for a little movement and stretching to help get you through the day. These handy videos for Office Yoga and Yoga at Your Desk are great ways to loosen up and get moving between sessions.

Cleveland Rocks!
We are super excited for the 2021 Visitor Experience Conference in Cleveland, OH next October! We visited Cleveland last fall to prepare and plan for the conference, and here are a few things we recommend checking out during your time in the 216:

The Rock & Roll Hall of Fame
A trip to Cleveland would be incomplete without a visit to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum on the shores of Lake Erie! Head up to the Garage where you can learn how to play popular songs on a variety of instruments, or join your fellow visitors in an impromptu jam session!

Edgewater Park
We recommend taking at least one evening during your visit to head over to Edgewater Park and watch the sunset over Lake Erie. Your Instagram feed will thank us.

Cleveland Museum of Art
Make sure you take some time to explore our host institution, the Cleveland Museum of Art! Their ArtLens Gallery and accompanying app are an absolute must for any museum worker – you’ll love the way they integrate the newer tech in harmony with the collection.
